Adelaide Botanic Garden presents Chihuly in the Botanic Garden, an event by the world's most celebrated contemporary glass artist, Dale Chihuly.
Chihuly’s first major Garden Cycle exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere and third outside the United States, Chihuly in the Botanic Garden presents multiple glass installations across the varied landscape and iconic conservatories of Adelaide Botanic Garden.
Chihuly in the Botanic Garden is showing from 27 September 2024 to 29 April 2025.

GABRIELLA BISETTO: FIRST BREATH, LAST BREATH, EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN

Gabriella Bisetto is a prominent South Australian glass artist and a lecturer at the University of South Australia’s School of Art. In this solo exhibition, Bisetto explores the themes of ageing, disease, transience and the way that changes to the human body through ageing can be translated through glass practice.

Gathering Light, curated by JamFactory’s CEO and Artistic Director Brian Parkes, will feature the work of six outstanding South Australian glass artists who each work in unique ways with hot blown glass. The exhibition celebrates Adelaide’s status as a key centre for studio glass globally and highlights key links between Adelaide and the Pilchuck Glass School established by Dale Chihuly in 1971. Featured artists are Nick Mount, Clare Belfrage, Tim Edwards, Kristel Britcher, Liam Fleming and Jessica Murtagh.

WALKA WIRU: NINUKU TJUKURPA - LOVELY COUNTRY: NINUKU STORIES

Artists from Ninuku Arts, an Indigenous Arts centre located in the remote community of Kalka in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands, collaborate with JamFactory’s Glass Studio to create unique glass vessels featuring the artists hand painted bold designs.
